Spicy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I hope you enjoy their recipe for Spicy Chocolate Chip Cookies...
Cinco de Mayo Style!

Ingredients:
1 c. ripe avocado
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (ground)
12 oz. chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*.
Lightly spray 2 large cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Using a mixer, beat avocado & sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Sift in the next 6 ingredients, then beat just until blended.
Mix in Chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto sheets,
spacing 1 1/2 inches apart.
Gently flatten with a spoon.

Bake cookies until golden brown and soft to touch.
About 10-12 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool.
